The Forum may process the following personal data relating to members and/or forum account holders or individuals who have expressed an interest in becoming members to allow us to manage your, or your employer’s membership or any accounts created as part of your (or your employer’s) membership, or where otherwise necessary to allow us to provide our services:

We may process personal data relating to criminal convictions and/or actual or alleged offences (“Criminal Offences Data”) committed by individuals, received from other members of the forum or from credit reference agencies where it is necessary for the purposes of:
