    Claire is a Certified Investigator and supervises a team of fraud investigators who are trained to government counter fraud standards. They carry out investigations into the conduct of live limited companies and director’s conduct after insolvency.

    Claire also advises the Official Receiver and Insolvency Practitioners on contentious insolvency matters (including breaches of fiduciary duties and civil recovery actions). She has acted for the Insolvency Service for over 20 years advising them in respect of company law and insolvency issues, including investigations, director disqualification applications and public interest winding up.

    Claire has extensive expertise in commercial litigation and an interest in cases arising out of data loss.

     


     

    The North West Fraud Forum (NWFF) is a not-for-profit membership organisation which has been created with the aim of bringing together counter fraud professionals from across public and private sectors in the North West region to fight fraud.

    NWFF provides a platform to raise awareness of the latest fraud types and trends, promote collaboration, and the sharing of ideas, knowledge, tools, and best practice to better equip our members in the NW region to fight fraud and cybercrime.
