    Mark has been with NAFN since its inception in 1997 and was appointed Head of Service in June 2014. Mark has a background in prevention and detection of fraud, fraud investigation and delivery of IT business solutions. He has been a key player in the development of innovative services and has worked collaboratively with the public and private sector to develop a wide range of data sharing initiatives supporting protection of the public purse. Mark works closely with many central government organisations including the Home Office, Cabinet Office, LGA, DWP and other organisations to develop and deliver a range of centralised services.     The North West Fraud Forum (NWFF) is a not-for-profit membership organisation which has been created with the aim of bringing together counter fraud professionals from across public and private sectors in the North West region to fight fraud.
