    Trading Standards and Community Protection Manager, Cheshire East Council

    Rick is the Trading Standards & Community Protection Manager at Cheshire East Council, heading the Trading Standards service, the CCTV service, the Digital Forensics Unit and Financial Investigations. He has many years management and supervisory experience and training, including sixteen years in policy, operational delivery, strategy and quality, partnerships and communities, regulatory services, legislative compliance and risk including law enforcement and standards. Close to six of those years in the Police and the rest within Trading Standards, Financial Investigations and community partnerships and safety.

     


     

    The North West Fraud Forum (NWFF) is a not-for-profit membership organisation which has been created with the aim of bringing together counter fraud professionals from across public and private sectors in the North West region to fight fraud.

    NWFF provides a platform to raise awareness of the latest fraud types and trends, promote collaboration, and the sharing of ideas, knowledge, tools, and best practice to better equip our members in the NW region to fight fraud and cybercrime.
